Hell Yes Loop Lab End User License Agreement EULA
Version 1.0.0 – September 21, 2025
By downloading and using the digital product (“Loop”) created and offered by Hell Yes Loop Lab (“Licensor”), you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this End User Licensing Agreement (“EULA”):
1. Rights Granted
Licensor grants Licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive (unless otherwise stated) and non-transferable license to use the Loop for one song (“Track”) in multiple platforms.
– Licensee may add the Loop to one track on Spotify and other music streaming platforms
– Licensee may share the Loop on social platforms to promote the Track
– Licensee may edit, crop, retime, or re-encode the Loop to fit technical requirements
2. Restrictions
Licensee agrees to abide by the following restrictions:
– Licensee may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Loop in any form
– Licensee may not include the Loop in stock libraries, templates, or asset packs
– Licensee may not include the Loop in any blockchain collection
– Licensee may not use the Loop in machine learning or AI training datasets
– Licensee may not claim authorship of the Loop
3. Provision to Third Parties
Licensee may temporarily provide the Loop to a producer, publisher or other agent who is working on behalf of the Licensee.
4. Copyright
The Licensor is the sole, exclusive owner of intellectual property rights of the Loop.
5. Refunds and Disclaimer
As allowed by law, the Loop is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose. Hell Yes Loop Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Loop.
6. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Santa Catarina, Brazil.
7. Entire Agreement
This EULA, in conjunction with the Receipt that accompanies each Loop licensed from Hell Yes Loop Lab, constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee.
8. Modification
Hell Yes Loop Lab and Licensee may modify or amend this EULA in writing.
